There will be a section of the free communications during the symposium and six best abstracts will be selected.
The manuscript (max 250 words) written in English send to the address:
hana.hettychova(at)fnol.cz (and copy also to phlustik(at)upol.cz) no later than October 15, 2011. Mail please mark DYSTONIA 2011.

All persons interested in participation must be registered via on-line registration form (www.dystonia2011.upol.cz), or you can fill enclosed form and send to the Conference Centre no later than November 15, 2011.

Registration fee includes 20% value-added tax. Registration fee will be paid via bank transfer and includes organizing costs, refreshment, lunch, welcome reception, one printed copy of the conference proceedings and expenses on associated program running within the conference.
Payment should be made by 15 November 2011; after this date please make the payment of the conference fee in cash (we accept only Czech Crowns) at the registration desk.

ACCOMMODATION:

Accommodation is arranged in the Hotel Flora, (single and double-rooms with bathroom, toilet and TV set are available), December 8–10, 2011 (2 nights), contact to the Hotel Flora (www.hotelflora.cz, tel.: +420 585 422 200).
In case of the hotel requirements - please make your own reservations. Please note, that the reservation at Hotel Flora is only preliminary and deadline for reservation is November 15, 2011, if you contact hotel Flora, it is necessary to mention that you are participant of the DYSTONIA 2011.“

BOARD:

Lunch will be given on December 9, 2011 at the meeting venue.
Dinner is on December 8, 2011 and lunch is on December 9, 2011 at the Palacký University Arts Centre/Konvikt, Univerzitní street 3–5, Olomouc.

CANCELLATION AND REFUND OF REGISTRATION FEES:

In case of cancellation, please contact the Conference Centre, Palacký University, Olomouc. The cancellation deadline for full registration fee refund is 30 November 2011. Refunds will not be considered for requests received after this deadline date. All approved refunds will be issued after the Conference.
